Mix Fruits Smoothie for Kids

One of the reasons I love smoothies so much is that they are so versatile. It is also an easy way to serve healthy ingredients for kids, they will love it. Try my easy and fast to make Mix Fruits Smoothie for Kids, I’m sure you and your bests will love it.

Ingredients:

  • cup diced watermelon
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 collard green leaf or handful of baby spinach

 

Note: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. These hydrating fruits have so much healthy water content in them that you don’t need to add water to the smoothie.
