Berry Blast Smoothie
There is just something so refreshing about a fruit smoothie. I invite you to try this recipe and refresh yourself!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 3 pitted Medjool dates or 2 droppers full of the vanilla creme sweet leaf stevia.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Note: Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth. Enjoy
