Berry Blast Smoothie

There is just something so refreshing about a fruit smoothie. I invite you to try this recipe and refresh yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates or 2 droppers full of the vanilla creme sweet leaf stevia.
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

 

Note: Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth. Enjoy
