Vegan Waffles

These vegan waffles are perfectly crispy and flavored with a hint of vanilla! Perfect for an indulgent breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

 

How-To: Blend all ingredients In a high-speed blender and cook the waffles according to your waffle iron manufacturer’s directions.
