Vegan & Gluten-Free Pancakes

I want to share with you my favorite recipe for Vegan and Gluten-Free pancakes. It is very easy and quick to make and will satisfy every sweet tooth. Enjoy without any regrets.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup (I used 100% pure)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Topping of your choice

 

Note: For my pancakes, I used coconut oil on my pan and flipped the pancakes after 2 minutes each side.
