Green Smoothie for Kids

One of the reasons I love smoothies so much is that they are so versatile. It is also an easy way to serve healthy ingredients for kids, they will love it. Try my easy and fast to make Green Smoothie for Kids, I’m sure you and your bests will love it.

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 2 stalks of kale
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1.5 cup of water

 

Note: Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. The recipe makes 16oz.
