Green Mango Smoothie

Yummy and Healthy Green Mango Smoothie recipe. I have been drinking this, mornings for breakfast to kick start my day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (packed) spinach
  • 1 cup (packed) kale
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango pieces
  • 2-inch piece fresh turmeric
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 + cups fresh orange juice
  • Cayenne pepper (a pinch or two adding more as needed or desired)
  • Black pepper (3 turns)

 

Note: For a nice cold smoothie, freeze the spinach, kale, and celery first. Depending on the sweetness of the mangoes, a date can be added for a bit extra sweetness.
