Energy Balls

These energy bites are no-bake, super easy to make, and take less than 10 minutes to put together. Your snack game will never be the same once you try these.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 or 4 tbsp plant milk

 

How-To: Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, adding a little plant milk at a time until the mixture forms easily together. Make small balls and freeze them. Enjoy this snack, kids love it too.
