Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened

Toppings:
Blueberries, bananas, chia seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes or your favorite toppings.

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend till smooth
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with your fresh fruits.
