Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 0.5 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
Toppings:
Blueberries, bananas, chia seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes or your favorite toppings.
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend till smooth
- Serve in a bowl and top with your fresh fruits.
