Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 large ripe organic bananas
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder Aluminum-Free

 

Directions:

Blend until smooth, pour onto nonstick griddle once tops begin to bubble and are no longer wet then flip and cook on the other side for 1-2 min.
